Description

Arguably the most fearsome predator to ever walk the Earth, the Tyrannosaurus Rex is a towering beast of epic strength and size. Aptly named the Tyrant Lizard, it's easy to see why this creature has earned the title of King of the Dinosaurs. Although it has small arms, the Rex's massive skull is all it needs to dish out some serious damage, with jaws that can chomp down on its latest victim with an unbelievable force of several tons per square inch. As if that weren't enough, the T-Rex has a superb sense of smell and vision, as well as a relatively advanced brain for a dinosaur. Good thing this bad boy is extinct! ...Right?

As luck would have it, No Budget Films resurrects this tyrant in several different continuities—sometimes a surviving relic that managed to hang on from extinction, other times a freak experiment of mad science. But no matter its origin, one thing remains constant: the mortal danger the beast presents to all who dare to venture near. Its appearance often means casualties are imminent. Tim, Cooper, Lucas, Alec, and several rival creatures have all met their doom by the teeth of this giant predator.

Trivia

  • Of all the dinosaurs to appear in the No Budget films, the T-Rex is by far the most frequent.

  • The green full body T-Rex, used most often by No Budget Films, was made by the company Puppetoys Inc. Today, said company appears to be defunct.

  • Nathan finding out about the Puppetoys T-Rex in 2009 or so was a major contributor to the establishment of No Budget Films.
