Snært Fïmbüłvägen is an accomplished reporter for CNN (Communist News Network). They pride themselves on their Nordic heritage, although it is unclear just which country they're from—all we know is that they're from somewhere up there. Snært reports in a flamboyant, over the top manner, which may be ridiculous but apparently gets CNN good ratings because why else would they keep them around? Because of their allegiance to Communist News Network, it is likely that Snært is a communist.
