Description
A nightmarish living ventriloquist dummy, with the goal of enslaving anyone he comes across. Alive one minute and lifeless the next, Slappy plays a psychological game with his victims that makes them look insane to outsiders. With no one believing the victim's seemingly ludicrous claims, Slappy is free to torment his latest target as he pleases. However, his ultimate goal of enslavement never really seems to be achieved, and this has driven the dummy to increasingly lean towards simply killing his victims, often with a knife. The Slappy character is from the Goosebumps series by R. L. Stine, and any No Budget Films featuring the dummy are non-profit fan films.
