An evil, living scarecrow who likes to beat up kids. For someone who prides himself on being a mighty force of destruction, this scarecrow is surprisingly weak. Even a couple of kids can best him. He disguises himself as a normal, lifeless scarecrow, and when a kid comes close, he lashes out and attacks. And if the Scarecrow gets backed into a corner, he'll summon his "army" (more like a small handful) of strange and twisted creatures, who will back him up when he's in a pickle. But yet, even they prove to be surprisingly helpless in combat.

These loyal followers—the likes of Slappy, the Shrunken Skeleton, even Kai's werewolf mode—had all been involved in previous attacks on Tim and his friends, all of which were masterminded by the Scarecrow himself. After failing every attempt, the enraged Scarecrow took matters into his own hands, only to fail yet again. He ominously promised to return, but never did.
