A chicken celebrity/movie star who is not the brightest and oh so full of himself, though Chuck is never one to shy away from new experiences—seemingly constantly sticking his neck into all manner of fads that come and go for him. The one thing he’ll always love is food, and he’ll eat anything from worms to the nation’s finest crème brûlée... but just don’t give him a chicken sandwich. He’ll have an existential crisis. Over the years he’s definitely let his fame get to him, acting basically as though he can get away with anything at times.

Chuck often thinks he knows what he's doing but in reality he is as clueless and cumbersome as they come. He has consistently been shown to be an idiot with a tendency to screw up whatever he's trying to do. He is also extremely forgetful—for example, he once forgot that he is not, in fact, a college student. Nonetheless, despite these shortcomings, Chuck McCluck's heart is in the right place, and he doesn't let his lack of intelligence stop him from doing what he wants.
